A working record, 2018 — present
Selected Work
Seventy-one engagements across nine countries, listed chronologically. No case studies, no agency reels — just the client, the year, the scope, and one number that mattered.
Engagement index
The record, in chronological order.
Each row names a client I can reference publicly, the year the engagement ran, the scope as it was written into the memo, and one measurable outcome — the number that decided whether the work had shipped.

How an engagement actually runs
One memo, then the work.
Every engagement starts with a one-page memo I write before any contract is signed. It states the problem in your words, the deliverable I am committing to, the date it ships, and the fee. No sales call, no proposal deck, no discovery sprint. If the memo is wrong about the problem, we do not start.
Once we start, the work runs in two phases. The first week is reading — your archives, your analytics, your prior strategy docs, three interviews with the people closest to the work. The next two to three weeks are writing and pressure-testing, usually in short daily notes rather than long meetings. The final week is the ship: a single decision-ready document, a working session with your team, and a short list of what you should do in the thirty days after I leave.
Most engagements run thirty days. A few run six weeks when the scope calls for it. None run longer than eight, and I do not bill hourly.
Capacity & next step
Two slots open for Q1.
I take six clients a quarter. The first step is a 30-minute strategy call — no deck, no prep doc from you. If we are a fit, the memo follows within five business days.
